Hoa Phat Poultry profit grows 135% thanks to egg price recovery

In the first seven months of 2025, Hoa Phat recorded a 135% profit growth in its poultry business compared to the same period last year. This result was driven by a sharp increase in egg prices amid reduced supply. Output remained stable at nearly 1,000,000 eggs per day, equivalent to the peak capacity in 2024.

Egg imports from familiar markets such as Thailand and Cambodia were disrupted due to changes in trade policies and higher logistics costs. In addition, record-low egg prices in the early months of the year prompted many small-scale farmers to cut losses by reducing their flocks, leading to lower supply. Meanwhile, domestic consumer demand recovered quickly, pushing egg prices to high levels in recent days.

Amid market fluctuations, Hoa Phat Poultry has maintained stable production thanks to a closed farming system and strict control over disease prevention, biosecurity, and input supply chains. On average, the company supplies nearly 1,000,000 commercial chicken eggs to the market every day. In 2024, total output reached more than 330 million eggs, up nearly 20 million from the previous year.

With its leading position in egg production in the northern region, the company is gradually expanding its market into the central and southern regions. Its distribution network is continuously expanding to meet the rebound in demand and ensure stable sales.

Hoa Phat eggs are now available in over 100 supermarkets, convenience store chains, and retail outlets in Hanoi, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Hai Phong, and many other provinces and cities. In addition to retail channels, the products are also supplied to canteens, schools, restaurants, hotels, and industrial parks.

In the coming time, Hoa Phat will develop new product lines to diversify choices and enhance value for consumers.
