Hoa Phat accepts social housing applications in Hung Yen starting August 2026

Hoa Phat is receiving application files to purchase 842 social housing apartments at the low-income housing investment project in the Yen My II Industrial Park from August 14, 2026 to September 14, 2026, with prices starting from 20.8 million VND per square meter.

Hoa Phat Yen My Urban Development Joint Stock Company (part of Hoa Phat Group) is developing a low-income housing project at the Yen My II Industrial Park in Yen My commune, Hung Yen province, with a total investment of nearly 5,000 billion VND across 31 hectares. In the first phase, Hoa Phat is developing two 11-story apartment clusters offering 842 social housing units ranging from 34.9 m² to 77 m². The company began accepting purchase applications in August 2026 for eligible buyers under current laws

The project sits on National Highway 39A and Provincial Road DT 200, adjacent to the Yen My and Yen My II Industrial Parks. From here, residents can reach central Hanoi in about 30 minutes via the Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway, or central Hung Yen province in about 30 minutes via the Hung Yen - Thai Binh Expressway. Major regional industrial hubs like Pho Noi A, Thang Long, and Pho Noi B are roughly 15 minutes away by car.

According to the master plan, the project will construct 25 high-rise apartment towers supplying roughly 9,000 social housing units alongside 242 commercial low-rise homes. The design incorporates green parks, a regulating lake, swimming pools, schools, medical facilities, sports areas, children's playgrounds, and walking paths. The Yen My II social housing complex aims for a closed-loop urban model providing full living amenities and 24/7 security for workers and their families.
