Q4 2025, the group recorded revenue of VND 47,332 billion, an increase of 34% year-on-year. Post-tax profit reached VND 3,888 billion, up 29% from the same period in 2024. For the full year 2025, Hoa Phat achieved total revenue of VND 158,332 trillion and post-tax profit of VND 15,515 trillion, reaching 93% and 103% of the set plan, representing increases of 13% and 29%, respectively, compared to 2024. During the year, the group contributed VND13 trillion to the State budget across 20 provinces and cities nationwide.

Steel and related products remained the main contributors to the group’s revenue, accounting for 94% of total turnover in 2025. Agriculture ranked second, contributing 5% of revenue.
Q4 2025, Hoa Phat produced more than 3 million tonnes of crude steel, up 10 per cent from the previous quarter and 36 per cent year-on-year. Sales of hot-rolled coil (HRC), construction steel, high-quality steel and steel billets reached 3 million tonnes, rising 24 per cent quarter-on-quarter and 53 per cent compared to the same period last year.
For the full year, crude steel output reached 11 million tonnes, an increase of 26 per cent from 2024. Sales of HRC, construction steel, high-quality steel coils and billets hit a record high of 10.6 million tonnes, up 31 per cent year-on-year. Of this, HRC accounted for 5 million tonnes, surging 73 per cent compared to 2024. The sharp increase in HRC output was partly driven by the completion of the Hoa Phat Dung Quat 2 integrated steel complex, which began delivering products from September 2025.
In addition, Hoa Phat recorded 423,000 tonnes of galvanised steel sheet, on par with the previous year. Steel pipe output reached nearly 850,000 tonnes, reinforcing the group’s leading position in Vietnam with a market share of 30.8 per cent. Sales of prestressed steel and wire-drawn steel products rose 29 per cent to 174,000 tonnes, with exports accounting for more than 40 per cent.
In 2025, Hoa Phat Agriculture marked its 10th anniversary with notable achievements. Revenue and profit reached VND 8.326 billion and VND 1.600 billion, respectively, up 18% and 55% year-on-year. The group successfully issued 30 million Hoa Phat Agriculture (HPA) shares in its initial public offering and is completing procedures for an official listing on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE), expected in February.
The home appliance segment, including refrigeration and household electrical products, recorded revenue five times higher than in 2021, when Hoa Phat Home Appliances Corporation was established. In real estate, the group expanded a series of industrial parks in Hung Yen, Hai Phong and Bac Ninh, and broke ground on a large-scale social housing project in Hung Yen Province.
Hoa Phat is currently the largest steel producer in Southeast Asia, with total capacity expected to reach 16 million tonnes by the end of 2026. Of this, 60 per cent will be high-tech steel products serving industries such as mechanical engineering, automobile manufacturing, shipbuilding, oil and gas, household appliances, steel structures and energy. At present, Hoa Phat is the only Vietnamese enterprise capable of producing hot-rolled coil steel.
The group is also accelerating the construction of a rail steel and special steel plant in Dung Quat. The facility is expected to begin producing rail steel in 2027, supplying major national railway projects and exporting to international markets.
