Hoa Phat’s industrial parks post high occupancy rate

Despite the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, Hoa Mac and Yen My II industrial parks (IZs) of Hoa Phat Group continue to welcome new investors to lease land for factories or to expand production. Currently, Hoa Mac Industrial Park has increased its occupancy rate to 75 per cent of its total area, while Yen My II Industrial Park has filled its all areas with technical infrastructure.

Located in a prime location on National Highway 38, near the North - South traffic route, Hong Yen Lenh River port, 8 kilometres from Dong Van Station and 45 kilometres from Hanoi, Hoa Mac Industrial Park in Duy Tien Town in northern province of Ha Nam has been the ideal destination for both domestic and foreign investors.

According to enterprises leasing land, they chose Hoa Mac Industrial Park because of its synchronous and modern infrastructure, technical infrastructure system, available utility services and ready-to-use ground for factory construction. Moreover, the industrial park has a wastewater treatment plant using modern biotechnology.

In northern province of Hung Yen, with a favorable geographical location, located between two national highways 5A and 5B, Yen My II Industrial Park invested by Hoa Phat Group has also attracted a series of large domestic and foreign enterprises to rent their factory land.

Currently, Hoa Phat Group has invested in three industrial parks including Pho Noi A Industrial Park (600ha) and Yen My II Industrial Park (phase 1: 97.5ha) - Hung Yen; Hoa Mac Industrial Park - Ha Nam (131ha).

Pho Noi A Industrial Park is implementing investment procedures to expand 92.5ha to the East while the Yen My II Industrial Park will also be expanded in phase 2 to more than 200ha. It is expected that the IPs would be completed the investment in infrastructure for the extension to be able to lease land from 2021. This is an important foundation for Hoa Phat Group to continue to expand its business in the industrial parks to welcome more local and foreign investors to rent land in the near future.
