Funiki Warranty Meeting: improve the service quality after sales

On September 11th, 2008, at Kim Lien Hotel – Hanoi, Hoa Phat Refrigeration Engineering Company held The Funiki Warranty Meeting 2008. The major content is to reassess the activities of Warranty Centers over the past time and implement some works to strengthen and improve the service quality of the Warranty Centers.

The Warranty Centers in the North and the Warranty Centers Representatives in the Central and the South took part in this Meeting.

Mr. Ta Tuan Quang – The Company Directory summarized the activities of the Warranty Centers over the past time, at the same time required the Warranty Centers to implement some new regulations. In general, product warranty and maintanance have been implemented by Warranty Centers in high awareness and responsibility, meeting basic requirements of customers.

Warranty Centers have high professional skills, modern equipments, and skillful technical staffs. However, at the high season, there are some shortcomings which make the customers unsatisfied. The Meeting directly gave it out, discuss together to find the solutions.

Also at the Meeting, Hoa Phat Refrigeration Engineering Company implemented some new regulations to Warranty Centers.  They have to improve the quality of customer care and payment skill between the Warranty Centers and the Company.

In condition of maximum technical assistances for the Warranty Centers, Hoa Phat Refrigeration Engineering Company has planned to hold the training courses for technical staffs of the Centers in October. This plan also receives enthusiastic reponses of all the Warranty Centers.

The success of Funiki Warranty Meeting 2008 expresses the determination to improve the service quality after sales of Hoa Phat Refrigeration Engineering Company.
