Construction steel sales reached more than 55 thousand tons in last November

After 11 months, Hoa Phat produced 570,800 tons of construction steel and sold 571,600 tons to the market. This output is equivalent to steel yield of same period in 2011, but market share of Hoa Phat Steel this year has significantly increased from last year and currently occupied at 13.9%.

While sales volume of the whole Vietnam Steel Association (VSA) in 11 months declined nearly 6%, Hoa Phat steel almost unchanged its output to the same period in 2011. In particular, Hoa Phat has a leading coil steel output sold with more than 132,000 tons. The growth of the coil steel have contributed to maintain market share in the difficult context of construction industry during the year.

Hoa Phat is promoting the market development, especially in the north and central region, putting product into  the projects using the State budget priority. Besides, Hoa Phat steel offers appropriate sales policy for the end of year for dealer level 1 and 2 in order to fulfill production target of 2012, both domestic civil construction and project, on the other hand, gradually searches for exporting steel.

In early last December, Hoa Phat has successfully exported its first steel order to Myanmar.
