Hoa Phat and Digiworld partner to distribute home appliance products nationwide

Hoa Phat Group and The Gioi So Joint Stock Company (Digiworld - DGW) have officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Under the agreement, Digiworld will become the nationwide distributor of household electrical appliances under the Hoa Phat and Funiki brands.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thao Nguyen – Deputy General Director of Hoa Phat Group and General Director of Hoa Phat Home Appliances Corporation – presented the official distributor certificate to Mr. Doan Hong Viet – Chairman of the Board of Directors at Digiworld.

Starting from May 2025, Digiworld officially distributes a wide range of home appliances under the Hoa Phat and Funiki brands throughout Vietnam.

The product portfolio spans multiple categories catering to essential household needs, including: water dispensers: both top-loading and bottom-loading models; Kitchen appliances: induction cookers, infrared cookers (single, double, and triple zones), dishwashers, range hoods; Household appliances: juicers, blenders (smoothie, meat, multi-purpose), electric kettles, electronic rice cookers, pressure cookers, air fryers, non-stick aluminum pans, and more.

Leveraging Digiworld’s extensive distribution network across all 63 provinces and cities, this partnership between Hoa Phat Ha Nam Home Appliances and Digiworld promises to bring high-quality products at reasonable prices to consumers - serving various market segments from standard to mid-range and premium.

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Duc Trong – Head of Digiworld’s Home Appliance Business Unit – stated: “This is a strategic partnership between two of Vietnam’s leading enterprises. Hoa Phat Ha Nam Home Appliances plays the role of manufacturer, while Digiworld acts as the distributor. We believe this collaboration marks a major step forward in developing a domestic market for Vietnamese-made goods, enhancing the quality of life of Vietnamese people - by Vietnamese, for Vietnamese.”
