Hello, can you share with readers of HPG News about your process of working at Hoa Phat?

I followed my family to the South to settle down, also struggled for a while before working stably in Hoa Phat Furniture, the Southern branch. Later, according to the Board of Directors' Southern market development plan, the Binh Duong factory project began to expand and invest in new construction to serve the growing regional demand, so I was transferred to be in charge of electromechanical division of Binh Duong factory.

Working at Hoa Phat Furniture for more than 10 years, you definitely have many memories, don’t you?

Exactly, I worked at Hoa Phat Furniture for 10 years and 10 months. Of course there are many happy and sad memories.

The most memorable day was the day when the mechanic department "miners" after troubleshooting the dust recovery engine of the paint line got "stuck" at Binh Duong iron box factory. At that time, the southern market was at the peak period, orders rushed to make factories work at full capacity. The line stopped working every day, the damage was huge that day, regardless of the company's reputation with customers.

The high pressure caused the electromechanical team to set a "speedy"  goal to overcome the incident, quickly bringing the line back to operation. After putting the 50HP dust recovery motor down to check, find & fix the problem, then carefully put it on the assembly, safely in the fastest position, the whole line is operated smoothly to meet keep up with production demand, the whole electromechanical team was relieved. That day was nearly midnight, tired but very happy, in the end, my efforts and the other brothers made great success. They breathed, the brothers looked at each other and laughed at each other because everyone was pitch black, sweat and paint dust clung like traveling to mud baths.

The work is so hard, have you ever felt the pressure?

Saying no pressure is a lie, because I am responsible for ensuring equipment safety, meeting the needs of machinery and equipment for production. The permanent question is always “How to keep machinery and equipment always in the most stable state, producing the most accurate and standard quality products. How to be creative, explore solutions to save energy, improve product quality and production efficiency ". That thought was always with me all day and night, but after thinking about it, I had to rush into work, sometimes "pungent" too forgot to eat rice is normal. He still calls it "patient", I'm a doctor who worries about each "younger brother" and gives every "younger boy" medicine whenever needed.

The pressure is much, but the fun is doubled, it's fun because more and more learn and accumulate experience at work. The brothers in the close division like a family, stick together and share a lot of work and life. Now, I and my brothers in the department are not tired of anything else.

In 2018, Binh Duong factory has many improvements to help stabilize production resources and technical improvement initiatives, can you share more?

For many years, Hoa Phat Furniture in general, factories in Binh Duong in particular have paid attention to the issue of inventions and new innovations in the production process, bringing practical effects to improve product quality, increase labor productivity and production efficiency.

In the company's policy, Binh Duong factory always seeks for advanced methods to improve to stabilize production resources such as deploying a system of vacuum cleaner in clusters to be neat, clean or installing automatic blowdown and water discharge for air compressor system. It sounds simple but really important, the compressed air system is like your blood source, just having water into, it will destroy the equipment of the factory.

In addition, the search for creativity, invention of production support devices, increase productivity, reduce labor force for employees is also a priority. For example, before, two or three people lifted the boards onto very heavy saws and drills, and I and the factory proposed to equip hydraulic workpiece lifting tables to replace manpower, very effectively quickly. Many improvements have been proposed and applied in practice in Binh Duong factory, bringing high efficiency in production.

Frequently mentioning the word "Destiny", can you share the reasons to readers?

My parents are working at Hoa Phat Furniture, my father-in-law works at Accessories and Equipment Company. And thanks to work in Hoa Phat, I met and married my wife, that because of the word "Destiny".

It is not wrong to say that Hoa Phat is the 2nd home because more than 1/3 of my life has been here. Family, friends, close brothers are all in Hoa Phat. I think this is a good environment to promote my abilities, and is also a place to teach me many lessons, both about work and life knowledge.

Can you share your personal hobby with the readers?

I love volleyball and know how to play when I was 12 years old. When I was at school, I participated in the tournament, now I like watching more than playing. Perhaps thanks to playing volleyball from a young age so the leg is still supple, day-to-day dedication of work is not tired yet!
