Hoa Phat launched zinc-galvanized steel pipe

After 9 months from the commencement date, the project of  zinc-galvanized steel pipe factory of Hoa Phat Steel Pipe Company has officially launched the first product in late of August 2011, right on the 15th anniversary of company establishment.  
 

Hoa Phat zinc-galvanized steel pipe has many different types and dimensions, which are controlled by a quality management system ISO 9001: 2008 and produced on the most advanced line. This new product has maximum width up to 650mm and thickness from 0.6 - 3.0mm, very suitable for civil and industry construction. According to the project managers, the design capacity of the factory could reach 60,000 tons / year.

Mr. Nguyen Thai Son - Deputy Director of Hoa Phat Steel Pipe said: "For the strategy of diversifying products and confirming our leading position on the steel pipe production, the company has continued to additionally improve, invest modern equipments to meet demands of our customers. Although our zinc-galvanized steel pipe is new in the market, it immediately welcomed and valued by customers. The company’s recent agencies have ordered for this product to serve the market. I think in the future, this will be the substitute for the civil black steel pipe available in the market because of it durability and aesthetic. "

Zinc-galvanized steel pipe is used very popular in manufacturing steel pipes, executing of transport works, public projects, supermarket shelves, prominent scaffolding in the construction, ... With the operation of zinc-galvanized steel pipe plant, total output of Hoa Phat Steel Pipe reached 200,000 tons / year with three main product lines including black welded steel pipe, galvanized steel pipe and rolled zinc-galvanized steel.
