Hoa Phat Group promotes exports of galvanized steel products to the Europe

In addition to the strong growth in the domestic market, the exports of Hoa Phat’s galvanized steel products have been seen impressive results. Its export volume so far this year was much higher than the same period last year. The group’s big importers include the US, Australia, the EU and Thailand. Alone in November, Hoa Phat Group shipped a bacth of more than 10,000 tonnes of galvanized steel to the Europe.

Hoa Phat’s steel sheet products meet high standards such as JIS - Japan, ASTM - USA, EN - Europe, AS – Australia etc thank to equipment lines imported from the Europe. In 2020, in addition to quickly affirming its foothold with the brands that have been presented in the domestic market for a long time, Hoa Phat’s steel sheet have gradually penetrated and exported products to markets with high demand of steel in the world including the US and EU.

The output of Hoa Phat’s galvanized steel has seen strong growth

Hoa Phat has been the first and only steel sheet manufacturing enterprise that can autonomously input materials, thanks to the hot-rolled coil (HRC) product of Hoa Phat Dung Quat Iron and Steel Complex. This is a great advantage, helping Hoa Phat promote domination of the steel sheet market with competitive prices and controlling quality from input to output as well as increase exports proportion; especially meeting the criteria of product origin requirements in the above major import markets.

In 2020 and the following years, Hoa Phat Steel Sheet Company targeted to reach maximum capacity of the plant’s designed capacity, and at the same time diversify export markets to maximize available advantages, exploit effectiveness of the free trade agreements (FTAs) to which Vietnam is a member.
