Hoa Phat exports long steel to the European market for the first time
According to a representative of Hoa Phat Hung Yen Steel Company, the consignment of low-carbon steel wire rods is manufactured according to American ASTM standards. The product is used to draw wire or make a common wire mesh. The delivery time will be expected in February 2023, and from Hoa Phat Dung Quat Steel Integrated Complex - Quang Ngai.
Hoa Phat's long steel products have been exported to the Americas, Asia, Africa, and Australian markets. With this European order, Hoa Phat's long steel products have been present on all 5 continents. Utilizing new markets helps Hoa Phat diversify its consumer markets while contributing to foreign currency collection and maintaining a favorable balance in Vietnam's trade balance.
In addition to long steel products, Hoa Phat has exported HRC and galvanized steel sheets to Europe.
As a modern closed production process devoted to steel production from iron ore by blast furnace technology, Hoa Phat is able to provide the market with the most diverse range and quality steel grades, ensuring that the company fulfills the strict standards set by its partners from different countries and competes effectively on the world market.
In the past 11 months, Hoa Phat Group has exported 1.1 million tons of construction steel (including high-quality steel bars and wire rods) to many different countries and territories such as Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, USA, Canada, Australia... Nearly 50% of the export volume is high-quality rebar steel, grade B500B and 500B, meeting BS4449 and CS2:2012 standards of the UK (UK Cares).
In addition to export orders to the European market, Hoa Phat has also signed a number of export orders to traditional markets such as Canada, Cambodia, Korea, and Thailand. These orders are scheduled for January and February 2023.
