November: Hoa Phat steel consumption increased 19% over the previous month

Overcoming many difficulties of the market, the steel array of Hoa Phat Group has achieved a fair growth over the same period of last year. Specifically, the steel sale volume reached 50,500 tons in 11/2011, an increase of 19% over October. Hoa Phat steel integrated complex (KLH) also achieved the highest output than ever.

Generally 11 months of 2011, Hoa Phat Steel reached sale volume of 577,000 tons, increasing nearly 10% over the same period in 2010. Hoa Phat steel branch in the south exceeded target with 44,700 tons, central region sold nearly 33,000 tons. The market continues to consolidate and expand in the nationalwide.

Under tight credit policy of the Government, many construction projects lacked of funds to deploy or slow disbursed. However, Hoa Phat has promoted products to the industrial constructive projects, public transportation projects which using State budget capital or official development assistance (ODA)... Besides that the production stability of factories, especially Hoa Phat steel integrated complex in Hai Duong has contributed significantly to maintaining the leading market share in building steel last time.

In November, the complex has reached the highest output than ever, with 32,800 tons of cast-iron, 32,400 tons of steel billet and 22,400 tons of steel, increased by 28% over the last year’s same period.
