HPG: The 1/500 planning of 300 ha project - Pho Noi urban area was approved

On 3rd November 2010, Hung Yen People's Committee issued Decision No. 2174/QD - UBND approving the detaile plan to build the rate 1 / 500 A subdivision of North 5 Highway Urban area  invested by Hoa Phat Group.

 

Away from the center of Hanoi 25km to Southeast, the North 5 Highway urban area of Pho Noi urban situated on My Hao and Van Lam District - Hung Yen Province is divided into several sub-areas in which A sub-area calculated by 2020 will have area for urban construction nearly 4.5 million m2 with population approximate 40.000 people, 100% non-agricultural population, equivalent to grade IV. Ranked as one of the satellite cities of Hanoi capital, Pho Noi Urban is a modern building infrastructures with complete engineering, public works, synchronous welfare, contributing to a new urban face of Hung Yen province.

A subdivision includes the complex of buildings and public facilities are located the two main urban axis, convenient connect to external trunk roads is Highway 5 and 196 provincial highway. The public welfare projects such as the cultural house, primary schools, kindergartens are located in the appropriate location, has reasonable radius to serve all groups . Besides, the park and sports at the two main create green space, environmental protection and urban landscape. The low level work such as villas, nursery, gardens are located in the city core boxes create space for communal activities, entertainment for the urban population.

When in operation, with large-scale this project will contribute an important part in turnover and profit of Hoa Phat Group in the period 2011 to 2015.
