HPG delays dividend payment of 2015

On 19/04/2016, the Management Board of Hoa Phat Group JSC has adopted Resolution No. 06/2016 on the reset of 2015 dividend payment time. Specifically, the time of paying dividends expected to be implemented in the third quarter 2016, instead of implementing in the second quarter. The payout ratio is unchanged, with 30%.

Earlier, in the Resolution of the HPG Shareholders Meeting, dated 31 March 2016, has passed the plan to pay dividends in 2015 as follows:

Dividend ratio is 30%, including 15% in cash and 15% in shares (shareholders owning 20 shares will receive 3 new shares)
Expected time: QII/2016
Number of additionally issued shares to pay dividends in 2015 will be posted immediately after implementation.
