Hoa Phat Group has exceeded revenue plan of 2010 ahead of a month with VND 12,825 billion, increasing 104% of plan and 56% over 2009. Cumulated 11 months, the Group reached VND 1,231 billion of profit, equavalent to 91% of the plan. Particularly in November, after-tax profit reached 150 billion and revenue of 1568 billion.
Besides maintaining stability of the traditional industrial manufacturing fields, Hoa Phat has been roughly deploying real estate projects.
The first high-class office and apartment Complex of the group at 257 Giai Phong has been constructed to the 14th floor, ealier 15 days than planned. This progress will ensure the delivery as scheduled for customers by March 2012. The first project of Hoa Phat’s housing real estate which located in the gateway of the capital is attracting the attention of investors, particularly its implementation progress as commited. This is the advantages of Hoa Phat in the context of many projects being delayed to implement and handover.
Another prominent project under construction is a high class combination of residential apartment Mandarin Garden, which opposits Thanh Xuan park and next to Amstecdam high school - one of the most prime locations in the capital today. The complex has been building with 4 towers of 25 to 29 floors, providing approximately 1000 apartments with many facilities similar to Singapore apartment. Currently, project is being constructed the tunnel, and expected to introduce its model apartment and implement sale for the first period in January, 2011.
