Hoa Phat Steel Pipe constantly innovate production

In the past of 2nd Quarter and beginning 3rd quarter, 2008, Hoa Phat Steel Pipe Factory (belongs to Hoa Phat Steel Pipe Company) continuously has productional innovation and improvements, which contribute to enhance of labour productivity and saving the cost.

The most highlighted innovation made by Galvanizing workshop, managed by Mr. Hoang Ngoc Thach- the workshop foreman and thanks to consultancy of Mr. Nguyen Duc Co – Factory Director with perennial experience, together with Mr. Thach – the whole hearted foreman, with clear-headedness in work, these two persons together with own workshop staffs found out some technical  innovation improvements. After a trial period, these improvements  become effective.

Namely, the workshop employees recover zinc dust in Galvanized line in order to serve for reproduction and improve working environment,  save production cost . At the same time, the workshop builts acid vapour suction system to ensure labourers’ health, improve environment and prevent maximum chemical corrosion of mechanical equipment and workshop by acid vapour. Especially, the workshop has applied drawing transfer technology to move Galvanized steel pipe, reducing great amount of zinc consumption, gaining highly effective capacity.

After the successful trial, the workshop officially applied the production innovation. By the innovation of Galvanized steel pipe workshop, the workers can  feel confortable to work since the working environment is reduced maximum pollution.

Hoa Phat Steel pipe Company’s Board of Directors decided to have timely commendatory and rewards for Galvanized steel pipe workshop. This becomes the dynamic to encourage the Factory’s employees to work better and to work more whole-heartedly, and it hopes that will be more and more technical innovations found out in the near future.
