Hoa Phat Steel Pipe Company attended the international exhibition in Thailand

The international wire, cable, tube and pipe trade fairs for Southeast Asian was taken place at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC) from September 19-21th in Bangkok, Thailand. The exhibition attracted participation of 337 units including 105 ones specialising in pipes from German, the US, South Korea, China. Hoa Phat Steel Pipe Company also attended the international prestigious event.

The delegation of Hoa Phat Steel Pipe Company led by Mr. Nguyen Thai Son – the company’s deputy director and director of Hoa Phat Binh Duong Steel Pipe Company and its factories attended seminars, visiting booths showcasing steel pipes while studying new technologies in steel pipe production.

Some of new technologies were introduced at the exhibition including production of composite pipe, API pipe (oil pipe) and high strength steel pipe. The products are used in constructions to save money because their weight of this tube is lighter than the normal tube. This is the technology using a set of molds for a variety of pipe sizes, which reduces cost of molding.

Participating in this international exhibition is the opportunity for Hoa Phat Steel Pipe to exchange science and technology, research on new tube manufacturing technologies to apply in production in the coming time.
