Hoa Phat Steel JSC won championship for second year in a row

The final match of the 4^th Hoa Phat football tournament 2017 was taken place at the Young Football Training Centre of Viet Nam on July 2^nd 2017. The Hoa Phat Steel Joint Stock Company team defeated the Hoa Phat Steel One Member Company 2-0 and secure its championship at the previous tournament.

With the two teams, this has been the second consecutive year they met each other in the final match. Each team won the tournament. The Hoa Phat Steel JSC won the third tournament while the Hoa Phat Steel One Member Company won the second tournament.

Hoa Phat Steel JSC controlled the match. The two teams had a thrilling match with a score at 22^nd minute of the first half of player Nguyen Van Hung.

The match ended 2-0 with the win of Hoa Phat Steel JSC.

There were 46 scores in the tournament. The organising board awarded to teams and individuals whose best achievements in the championship. Speaking at the closing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang said the tournament has been a meaningful activity to welcome the Hoa Phat Group’s 25^th anniversary of establishment (1992-2017). He expected that the tournament would be continued to organise in the upcoming time to create a useful ground to its staffs.

The main prizes including: the award for the team of VND50 million (Hoa Phat Steel JSC); second prize for Hoa Phat Steel One Member Company worth 30 million; two teams won the third prize, including Hoa Phat Steel Sheet Company and Hoa Phat Feed Company, each worth VND20 million. In addition, the organizing committee also handed out some prizes such as the Style Award (Hoa Phat Equipment and Accessories Company), the top scorer (Nguyen Van Hung) and the Best Supporting Team (Hoa Phat Feed Company).
