Hoa Phat Steel Hai Duong listed in the top 6 largest tax payers

In the first five months of 2018, the total tax amount of Hoa Phat Hai Duong Steel JSC paid to State budget was over VND820 billion, of which the number paid in Hai Duong Province was over VND567 billion. The company was honoured in the list of top 6 largest tax payers to the local budget.

The result was a great effort of Hoa Phat Hai Duong Steel JSC because the company stopped the blast furnace No 2 of the complex for upgrade and maintenance of the technological equipment (from the end of March to the end of May 2018). In the process, steel output was not decreased, but also increased slightly compared to the previous year thanks to suitable production allocation plans in accordance with market developments.

In the first five months of this year, in addition to being among the largest taxpayers in Hai Duong Province, Hoa Phat Hai Duong Steel Company started the construction of the canteen of the primary school in May in Hiep Son Commune, Kinh Mon District, Hai Duong Province. The project, funded by the company, is worth about VND1 billion, which is expected to be completed in mid-July, 2018, in time for students to start their new school year.

Hoa Phat Steel JSC is the investor of Hoa Phat Steel Complex in Kinh Mon District. After 11 years of development, the company has become one of the most effective enterprises in Hai Duong Province. It is a typical of the performance of obligations to tax duties and social security programmes in the province.
