Hoa Phat seeks for high quality human resource at jobs day

The “Vietnam Job Fair” took place at the Viet Nam National University of Agriculture on May 19th. The recruitment booth of Hoa Phat Livestock Development Company attracted attention from many students who wish to join the group's agricultural sector.

The "Job Fair" is an annual event held in May every year to create conditions for graduates of the university to have stable jobs and suitable with their training. There are about 70 enterprises attenting this year's employment fair. They are mainly engaged in animal husbandry, animal feed and veterinary medicine with many big names in agriculture sector such as CP Vietnam, Cargill Viet Nam, Hoa Phat ... as well as students to find employment opportunities.

Mr Nguyen Van Hien, Head of Organisational Department of Hoa Phat Livestock Development Company, said: Vietnam National University of Agriculture is the centre of training in animal and veterinary fields with around 6,000 students graduating each year. As a prestigious and top-ranking training centre, the university provides abundant and qualified human resources for businesses in need each year.

In order to promote Hoa Phat's image to the students and seek for high-quality human resources, Hoa Phat Livestock Development JSC arranged the on-site counseling room as well as the live interview for appropriate candidates. Hoa Phat Livestock Development Company has attracted attention of many students to apply for recruitment. At the event, the company conducted live interviews with 20 students at the university and 10 of them were qualified to work immediately. In the upcoming time, Hoa Phat will continue to co-operate with the university to participate in the annual "Job Fair" and receive internship students to companies to build a team of excellent staff.
