Hoa Phat provides the fresh concrete mixing plant for the National road No 12 project in Lai Chau Province

Hoa Phat Equipment & Accessories Company has just signed the contract to provide the fresh concrete mixing plant TCS25 to Hoang Thanh Investment & Trading JSC. The fresh concrete mixing plant is provided to serve for the National road No 12 project of Chan Nua Commune, Phong The District, Lai ChauProvince.

The fresh concrete mixing plant TCS25 has the batch capacity of 800/500, the batch time is 30÷40 s with the concrete capacity of 20-25 m3/h, the electric motor power is 18.5 Kw, opening the drainage gate by 2 gas cylinders Ø100x200.

Currently, Hoa Phat is the concrete mixing plant manufacturer of 5 Models: TCS-25, TCS-35, TCS-45, TCS-60, TCS-80. Hoa Phat’s concrete mixing plant is used to produce the fresh concrete for construction and transport feilds with the combination of 100 different kinds of cement. The plant is designed module type, so it is easy to assemble and install. The parts operate separately and the production process is uninterrupted automatic. The control system, measure, store and production processing management test, recording and data printing conducted by computer with the specialized software. The product is warranted within 12 months since handing over, checking over and putting into operation.

Hoa Phat’s fresh concrete mixing plant has been chosen by many contractors for many nationwide large - scale transport projects. Recently, Hoa Phat has provided the concrete mixing plants Model TCS-45 for DinCo Company, 3 Electric Installation Company, 19-8 Investment & Construction JSC to implement the projects in Quang Nam, Phu Yen Provinces and Cao Bang Town. The concrete mixing plants Model TCS-25, TCS-60 were also installed for 470 Company in Dac Lac Province and Quyet Tien Company in Lao Cai City.
