Hoa Phat organizes "Mikasa Day 2010”

To support customers in using and maintenance of construction equipment, increasing productivity and longevity of products, Hoa Phat Equipment Accessories Company collaborates with Mikasa Sangyo Co., Ltd. (Japan) to hold "Mikasa Day 2010" at the warranty center of the Company in Yen So ward, Hoang Mai district, Hanoi within two days of March 16th and 17th.

The program has the presence of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Quang – Director of Hoa Phat Equipment Accessories Company, Mr. Mukai Koichiro - Chief of the Asian market of Mikasa Sangyo Co., Ltd. (Japan), warranty business and technical staffs of parties and many customers who are using construction equipment of Mikasa.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Quang sincerely thanked customers, who have trusted and chosen the construction equipment Mikasa and hopefully all the parties will continue to collaborate with each other on the basis of common benefit for the manufacturer, distributors and users as well. Also in the "Mikasa Day", Mr. Mukai Koichiro has directly guided instructions on how to use, how to maintain a machine simple and efficient.  Particularly, the old machine of customers was maintained, changed oil for free, and each client received a free souvenir gift of Mikasa. All the customers received the using documentation of land swamp machines, equipment of machinery and directly use testing of Mikasa new models of land swamp, which has just been launched in Vietnam market.

Mr. Hung (Mechanical & Trade Vimeco JSC) - one of the customers was maintaining his product, said that his company is currently using 10 of Mikasa land swamp machines types. After a using period, he was quite satisfied with the product quality and after-sales services of the company.
