Hoa Phat Group in Top 10 prestige real estate Investors

On 12 April 2016, at the National Convention Centre, Vietnam Report Assessment JSC (Vietnam Report) and electronic newspaper VietNamNet officially announced the “Top 10 prestige real estate Investors 2016”. Accordingly, Hoa Phat Group honored among 3 of the leading real estate investors.

The real estate segment of Hoa Phat Group, which is managed and developed by Hoa Phat Construction and Urban Development JSC, includes development of industrial zone and residential real estate projects.

Industrial Zones of Hoa Phat Group have always stable growth with high occupancy rates, including lease of land attached to infrastructure and leasing buildings and warehouses. Hoa Phat is the owner of two industrial parks in Hung Yen (Pho Noi A 600ha and Yen My II Industrial Zone 300ha) and Hoa Mac industrial park with scale 200ha in Ha Nam province.

With residential real estate, HPG focuses on projects with high liquidity, nice location. Mandarin Garden 2 project is located on the Tan Mai street (Ring Road 2.5), implementing construction and is expected to put into operation by early 2018. Top 10 prestigious Real Estate Investors and Top 5 Consultant Companies 2016 assessed by Vietnam Report JSC (Vietnam Report), scientifically and objectively. The ranking is based on three criteria: business results – financial capacity shown on the financial statements; reputation on media and business survey results.
