Hoa Phat Furniture speeds up and completes quality control of export products

To improve the quality of export products which is suitable to customer exploring orientation and take part in big bid projects effectively in the world, Hoa Phat Furniture Company is urgently re-checking manufacturing and quality control process of exports before every shipment.

Due to the customers and the Company’s demand, Hoa Phat exports are  complied with closely quality control process. However, basing on summarizing customers’ demand from many countries in the world, such as England, Japan, etc, From July 2008, Export Department has worked with factories to research, re-check and improve the steps in the manufacturing process to meet the customer demand in the new period. This process will be implemented from design, sample, input material, control input material,  production process, assembling, packing and shipping. Export Department will cooperate with KCS Division in factories to fully made the quality form following ISO process to submit the Board of Management to approve.

With big projects, the quality is the best and the most strict requirement of customers. The establishment and issue the  process of exports quality control will improve the product quality, creating momentum for accessing and developing into difficult markets, create customers’ belief, as well as promote departments to improve knowledge about product quality control.

It is estimated that in the next September, Hoa Phat Furniture will complete the steps of control process of export products and listed in to the ISO quality control system.
