Hoa Phat continues to receive applications for Social Housing at Yen My II Industrial Park in Phase 2

From September 23 to October 23, 2026, Hoa Phat will continue receiving applications in the second registration period for social housing at the low-income housing development in Yen My II Industrial Park, Hung Yen Province, with prices starting from VND 20.8 million per square metre.

The project is developed by Hoa Phat Yen My Urban Development Joint Stock Company, a member of Hoa Phat Group. With total investment of nearly VND 5 trillion, the development covers 31 hectares in Yen My Commune, Hung Yen Province. In the first phase, Hoa Phat is developing two clusters of 11-storey buildings, providing 842 social housing apartments.

Since the first application period in August 2026, the project has received a highly positive response from workers at industrial parks and local residents, thanks to its reasonable selling prices. 

The project has a convenient location and well-connected infrastructure, with direct access to National Highway 39A and Provincial Road DT 200, facilitating travel to nearby industrial parks. The housing development is approximately 30 minutes from central Hanoi and the administrative centre of Hung Yen Province, and a 10-minute drive from My Hao urban centre and Pho Noi General Hospital. 

Designed as a self-contained urban development, the project integrates comprehensive technical infrastructure and social amenities, including schools, green parks, sports facilities, community spaces and a 24/7 security system. During this phase, the investor is completing a diverse range of apartments measuring from 34.9 m² to 77 m². The layouts are designed to optimize functionality and natural ventilation, meeting residents’ long-term housing needs.

The project is progressing according to schedule, while ensuring that all components are completed to a high standard.
