April 2011: Hoa Phat Steel consumption reaches a record

It’s the first time Hoa Phat steel consumption exceeded 70,000 tons in this April, the highest ever.

Comparing with the same period last year, Hoa Phat steel consumption rose nearly 1.5 times. This figure is more meaningful in the context of many market fluctuations in the early months of the year. Recently, Hoa Phat Steel has been providing for many large projects in Hanoi such  as Xa La urban, Times City, Royal City, Ecopark and industrial construction projects as Hyundai factory in Ha Cau, Vung Ang Thermal Power Plant ..

Currently, the Hoa Phat Steel Plant in Hung Yen and Hai Duong are operating at full capacity, particularly the second phase of Hoa Phat Steel Integrated Complex in Hai Duong is actively implemented, expected to be completed at the end of 2012 with the total capacity up to 1.3 million tons of steel per year.
