"Loving heartbeat" 2018: 49 hearts healed

"Loving heartbeat" is heart surgery charity for poor children, which has been established by Hoa Phat Group since 2015. Up to now, after 3 years of operation, the program has become a reliable campaign for the poor patients who need help with congenital heart disease.

In 2018, the third year the charity program, "Loving Heartbeat" has successfully donated to surgery for 49 cases, with a total budget of nearly VND 1.8 billion. Hospital E where operated on 24 cases is the biggest partnership with the program. There are 3 cases sponsored to operate peacemaker. In particular, there are cases that receive many supports from the Hoa Phat Group such as Hu Thi Chuc (Hoang Su Phi, Ha Giang). This is the biggest difference of "Loving Heartbeat" compared to the current available funds for heart surgery.

At the end of 2018, "Loving Heartbeat" confirmed to sponsor for 14 new cases, designated for surgery in 2019.

In cases of sharing information about the program, helping patients to apply for funding, please guide patients to prepare enough documents based on the form below:

• Application for sponsorship: presents family background and history from birth, disease, treatment history….
• Permanent residence (note: must include the entire family, not just the baby's name) (copy)
• Baby's birth certificate (copy)
• Health insurance card (copy)
• Echocardiography slips
• Bill of heart surgery cost(copy)
• Poor household certificate or application for confirmation of difficult family situation. (certified by local government)
• Two photos (10cmx15cm) 1 photo of the baby, and 1 photo of the baby taken with the family in front of the family home (the photo must show a view of the home where the baby is staying)
