Johnson Health uses Hoa Phat’s steel pipe for gymnastics equipment exported to the US

Hoa Phat Steel Pipe Company Ltd and Johnson Health (Vietnam) Company Ltd – the world’s leading producer of gymnastics and sport equipment signed a co-operation contract earlier this year. Under the agreement, Hoa Phat would provide steel pipe for the partner in the production of gymnastics and sport equipment.

In addition to available steel pipe products of Hoa Phat, Johnson would also import molds at Hoa Phat factory to produce specialised pipes for their demands. Hoa Phat’s steel pipes delivered to Johnson’s factories were highly valued in terms of quality and service. The number of orders has been on the rise.

Mr. Ta Thanh Binh, head of Hoa Phat Steel Pipe’s Marketing Department said choosing Hoa Phat high quality specialty steel pipes for production and exports of gymnastics and sport equipment has shown prestige and trust of Johnson for Hoa Phat brand. We want long-term cooperation.

The products are produced at Hoa Phat Hung Yen Steel Pipe factory. With the modern production line and quality management system following ISO 9001-2015 standards, Hoa Phat steel pipe products have met with strict requirements, ensuring quality and high aesthetics. It was the reasons that Hoa Phat’s products have been given priority from its partners for their production for exports.

Hoa Phat provides oval steel tube for the Horizon’s treadmill production  

Established in 1996, Hoa Phat Steel Pipe Company is a member of Hoa Phat Group. Currently, the company has five factories producing steel pipe in all three regions of north, central and south. The factories are located in Hưng Yên, Đà Nẵng, Bình Dương and Long An provinces.

In May 2020, Hoa Phat Steel Pipe posted output of 70,500 tonnes, increasing 17 per cent from the previous month. This has been the highest sale so far this year. With the high growth rate, Hoa Phat Steel Pipe continued to maintain its leading position with market share of 31.14 per cent.

Located at Thuan Thanh II Industrial Park in the northern province of Bac Ninh, Johnson Health (Việt Nam) Company Ltd is a member of Johnson Group which takes the third position in the world in production, research and marketing of gymnastics and sport equipment. Johnson has five factories in Taiwan, China, the US and Vietnam. It has 27 marketing companies and distributors in 60 countries and territories as well as 300 retail shops named “Johnson fitness stores” in the US, Europe and Asia. It is developing two brand names of Horizon and Matrix at its factories in Vietnam.
