On the market, many businesses and individuals use Hoa Phat’s branding and logo illegally to promote and sell products that are not supplied by Hoa Phat Group.

Products of Hoa Phat Group include construction steels, prestressing steel, steel wire rod, steel pipe, galvanized - pre-painted galvanized ; animal feed, pork, animal feed, and egg; air conditioner, refrigerator, Funiki freezer, Hoa Phat freezer; office furniture, home furniture (dining table and chairs, bedroom furniture, living room furniture), medical furniture, education furniture, public space furniture, residential real estate and industrial zones.

Every product of Hoa Phat is supplied to the market through the Group’s official agents and distributors. So far, Hoa Phat Group hasn’t been using an online selling platform with customers but only suggesting customers to the closest agency and distributors.

However, many businesses on the market illegally use Hoa Phat’s logos and trademarks in different forms such as using the Hoa Phat name, old/new logo, slogans, etc. Most of such are not in Hoa Phat’s field of production, for example, smart clothes hanger, safety net, mosquito net door, and sunshades,etc. This has created confusion for customers when they have the demand to buy and caused difficulties in case of  asking for warranty, or accessories repairing/replacing.
