HPG announces the implementation of electronic notification method for shareholders

To enhance the modernization of information channels for shareholders, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, timeliness, and compliance with legal regulations and the Group’s Charter, the Board of Management of Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company announces to shareholders that the Group will implement electronic notification of  invitation to the General Meeting of Shareholders and shareholder opinion collection by written form starting from 2025 as follows:

1. For Institutional Shareholders
   Notifications to institutional shareholders will be sent as hard copies via registered mail through a delivery service to the shareholder’s registered contact address.
2. For Individual Shareholders
   a. Individual Shareholders with Deposited Shares: Hoa Phat Group will send notifications via one of the registered contact channels, including email or SMS to the mobile phone number registered with the depository institution.
   b. Individual Shareholders with Undeposited Shares: Notifications will be sent as hard copies via registered mail through a delivery service to the shareholder’s registered contact address.
3. The content of the notifications and related documents will be publicly available on the official website of Hòa Phát Group at: hoaphat.com.vn
