Hoa Phat units honoured by Hung Yen authorities

Two subsidiaries of Hoa Phat Group were awarded certificates of merit by the Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee for their contributions to local socio-economic development.

The honoured entities included the Hung Yen branch of Hoa Phat Steel Pipe Company and Hoa Phat Hung Yen Livestock Feed Co., Ltd.

Representing the group at the event were Pham Thi Hong Van, General Director of Hoa Phat Agriculture and Director of Hoa Phat Hung Yen Livestock Feed; Tran Kien Cuong, Director of Hoa Phat Urban Development and Construction JSC; and Dao Thi Bich Hong, Deputy Director of Hoa Phat Steel Pipe Factory in Hung Yen.

Addressing the conference, Nguyen Huu Nghia, Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, acknowledged the vital role played by the business community in maintaining production, expanding investment and contributing to the province’s overall growth.

Provincial leaders also reaffirmed their commitment to further improving the investment climate, creating favourable conditions for enterprises to operate sustainably and make long-term contributions to the local economy.

At the event, the Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee presented a certificate of merit to the Hung Yen branch of Hoa Phat Steel Pipe Company. The company has maintained stable production, created thousands of jobs and made significant contributions to the province’s development. In 2025 alone, it contributed VND288 billion to the local budget, including VND163 billion in corporate income tax, up 18 per cent compared to 2024.

Pham Thi Hong Van, Director of Hoa Phat Hung Yen Livestock Feed Co., Ltd., was also recognised for her outstanding leadership and management, as well as her role in expanding production and business activities. The company contributes tens of billions VND to the provincial budget each year.

Hung Yen remains the only locality where Hoa Phat operates across all five of its core sectors: steel production and steel products, agriculture, real estate and household appliances. Over the years, the group has consistently ranked among the leading non-state enterprises in terms of contributions to the provincial budget.
