Hoa Phat sets an expected revenue target of 170 trillion VND for 2025

On March 25, 2025, the Board of Management of Hoa Phat Group issued Resolution No. 06/NQHP-2025 regarding several proposed items to be presented at the upcoming annual shareholders' meeting in April. In this resolution, Hoa Phat Group has set an expected revenue target of 170 trillion VND for 2025, an increase of 21% compared to 2024. The after-tax profit is planned to reach 15 trillion VND, a rise of 24.7% compared to the previous year.

The 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Shareholders of Hoa Phat Group will be held in the morning of April 17, 2025, at Melia Hanoi Hotel, 44B Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi. At the AGM, the Board of Management of the Group is expected to present several important issues to the shareholders.

The issues which will be discussed and approved at the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Hoa Phat Group include:

1. Regulations for organizing the 2025 Annual General Meeting.

2. The Board of Management’s performance report.

3. The business results report for 2024 and the proposed business plan for 2025.

4. The report on the fund allocation situation for 2024 and the proposed fund allocation plan for 2025.

5. The dividend distribution plan for 2024 and the expected dividend rate for 2025. The 2024 dividend rate is proposed to be 20%, with 5% paid in cash and 15% in shares. The dividend payment will come from undistributed after-tax profits and is expected to be completed within six months from the date of approval by the AGM. The expected dividend rate for 2025 is also 20%.

6. The remuneration for the Board of Management and Supervisory Board.

7. Amendments and supplements to the registered business activities.

8. Amendments to certain provisions of the company’s Charter.

9. The selection of an auditing firm to review the semi-annual financial statements and audit the financial statements for the years 2025-2027.

10. Approval of the audited 2024 financial statements.
