Hoa Phat's impressive presence at the A80 Exhibition

On the morning of August 28, 2025, the exhibition “80 Years of The Journey of Independence – Freedom – Happiness” officially opened. With the theme “Forged by Will – Advancing with the Nation”, the Hoa Phat booth made a strong impression on visitors by showcasing a wide range of high-quality steel products, especially hot-rolled coil (HRC), steel rails, and structural steel, placed at the center of attention.

Hoa Phat’s Impressive Presence at the A80 Exhibition

At the exhibition, Hoa Phat Group presented its 33-year journey of growth and development. From its challenging beginnings, Hoa Phat has risen to become the No.1 steelmaker in Southeast Asia and among the world’s Top 30, with a designed steel capacity reaching 16 million tons per year by the end of 2025. This achievement enhances Vietnam’s position on the global steel map. The booth design highlighted major milestones in the Group’s history, its business sectors, ongoing projects, and the nationwide network of factories and offices.

Visitors’ Strong Interest in Hoa Phat’s rail and structural Steel

Hoa Phat displayed HRC, prestressed steel cables, and various high-quality steels such as engineering steel, with special highlights being rails and structural steel - products that no other company in Vietnam has manufactured. Many leading products, which hold No.1 market share in Vietnam such as construction steel and steel pipes, were also presented. Notably, Hoa Phat supplied 10,000 tons of large-size steel pipes for the dome structure and about 180 tons of prestressed steel cables for the National Exhibition and Convention Center project.

Visiting Hoa Phat’s booth, Mr. Truong Xuan Co, Director of Business Development and Projects at Dai Dung Group, commented: “Hoa Phat’s booth today is truly impressive. It reflects the essence of Hoa Phat steel with a comprehensive system of quality products, including steel pipes that were used in constructing this very Exhibition Center.”

Ms. Vu Thi Anh Tuyet, Deputy Director of Hoa Phat Metal Fabrication Company, proudly shared that her company is the only manufacturer of prestressed steel cables in Vietnam. 

In addition to large-size steel pipes, Hoa Phat’s prestressed steel has also been supplied for the construction of the Exhibition Center. Ms. Vu Thi Anh Tuyet, Deputy Director of Hoa Phat Metal Fabrication Company, shared that the company is proud to be the only manufacturer of prestressed steel cables in Vietnam. Hoa Phat’s products have been widely used in many key national projects and exported to numerous countries around the world, particularly to markets with strict quality requirements such as the United States, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico.

Ms. Nguyen Thi To Hoai, Deputy Director, said: “Coming to the A80 Exhibition today, I feel very proud that Hoa Phat Group and Dung Quat Steel have brought valuable products serving a wide range of industries, contributing to Vietnam’s overall economic development. In the near future, we will continue developing and producing structural steel, railway steel, and especially high-speed rail steel - products of high value and sustainability that will strongly support national infrastructure and growth.”

Hoa Phat’s booth is designed with an open layout, making it easy for visitors to access information

Hoa Phat’s booth was designed with an open layout, using 3D naked-eye LED screens and interactive tablets to provide accessible information for visitors. The exhibition walls showcased Hoa Phat’s journey since 1992, highlighting key investment milestones, flagship projects, and QR codes linking to detailed data. Each section was arranged systematically by product group, technology, and practical applications.

The “80 Years of the journey of Independence – Freedom – Happiness” exhibition took place from August 28 to September 5, 2025 at the Vietnam Exhibition Center, Truong Sa Street, Dong Anh, Hanoi. Hoa Phat’s booth is located in Hall 2, Booth H2-029, opposite Gate 1 of the exhibition.
