Hoa Phat Group invests synchronously and comprehensively in water purifier factory

Hoa Phat water purifier is manufactured on modern technology lines at Hoa Phat Home Appliances Joint Stock Company in northern province of Ha Nam with an investment of VND1 trillion. With the message "Hoa Phat water purifier - Dedicated to purifying water - Deserving your trust", Hoa Phat wishes to convey a spirit of enthusiasm and effort to bring solutions to intensively purify domestic water for every Vietnamese family.

Hoa Phat water purifier product lines has many advantages. The machine is equipped with 10 filtration stages with the leading RO Filmtec filter from the US which is certified NSSF/ANSI 58 from the World Health Organization (WHO). The filtered water meets the national standard for drinking water directly at the tap according to QCVN 6-1:2010 issued by the Ministry of Health. The water pump is powerful thanks to imported HEADON pump. The touch control water purifier series is also equipped with a smart core replacement warning feature thanks to Fuzzy Logic technology that monitors water quality. The water purifier’s warranty period of 36 months ensures long-term benefits for users.

With an investment of VND1 trillion, the Hoa Phat Home Appliances Joint Stock Company completed the construction of a production center in Hoa Mac Industrial Park, Ha Nam province with an area of 15ha. It is currently the largest water purifiers and large air coolers manufacturing factory in Southeast Asia. The phase 1’s capacity is currently 300,000 water purifiers and 200,000 air coolers a year. Hoa Phat Group is continuing to expand the factory to reach the maximum capacity of 1.5 million products a year in phase 2.

The determination to invest in a synchronous and comprehensive water purifier product aims to serve the needs of users in Vietnam. Water purifiers are often installed in humid locations such as under the kitchen, under the cabinet, near the tap water, etc. Therefore, to ensure the product’s value and long-term, Hoa Phat gives priorities to synchronization and comprehensiveness in the production stage.

The factory owns an automatic paint line using surface treatment technology with nano phosphate and high-quality electrostatic powder coating, which helps coat the surface of the product to be smooth, sturdy and environmentally friendly as 90 per cent of sludge is reduced. With a drying frequency of 2 times per product, the system will produce durable paint products over time. Currently, drying capacity reaches 2000 products a year.

The mechanical frame production system with metal laser cutting machine, CNC bending machine, short welding machine is allowed to have products with high accuracy and being easily changed to new models.

Hoa Phat water purifier finished product assembly factory owns a chain of modern assembly lines. The production lines are equipped with a software system to control productivity and quality by sealed testing machines, capacity testing machines, hot and cold performance, and electrical safety testing.

The locomotive assembly line has the function of assembling the core components into the frame. After hermetically sealed with high purity nitrogen gas, environmentally friendly, if the cores meet standards, they will be transferred to the next line to assemble finished products or pack water purifier products for chassis.

During the assembly process, the finished product of the 3-function water purifier is equipped with a high-efficiency BLOCK compressor with Gas R600a, which helps cool the machine 50 per cent faster, saving electricity and being environmentally friendly.

After going through the assembly line system, the finished product is thoroughly tested, including: electrical test, water temperature test, system operation checkup. Finally, the machine cut the accessories and packaged the finished product.
