Hoa Phat Group contributes VND4.9 trillion to the State budget in four months, posting 51 per cent year-on-year increase

In the first 4 months of the year, Hoa Phat Group contributed nearly VND4.9 trillion to the State budget, an increase of 51 per cent over the same period last year, equivalent to the total amount in 2017. The companies that have contributed the most to the State budget include. Hoa Phat Dung Quat Steel Company, Hoa Phat Hai Duong Steel Company and Hoa Phat Steel Pipe Company.

Hoa Phat Dung Quat Steel Company has the highest contribution to the State budget among Hoa Phat Group’s subsidiaries

The total payment of taxes and fees of all kinds of Hoa Phat Dung Quat Steel Company, including VAT on imports, import-export tax, domestic tax etc reached over VND3 trillion, increasing 52 per cent from the corresponding period last year and contributed the most among Hoa Phat Group's member companies.

With VND988 billion, Hoa Phat Hai Duong Steel Company ranks 2nd among Hoa Phat Group's subsidiaries with the highest contribution to the State budget. In 2021, Hoa Phat Hai Duong Steel Company became the largest tax contributor in the northern Hai Duong Province with VND1.75 trillion, accounting for 13.3 per cent of the province's total regular revenue and accounting for 44 per cent of the total revenue of non state-owned enterprises.

Some of the Hoa Phat Group's member companies with large contributions include Hoa Phat Steel Pipe Company, Hoa Phat Home Appliances Company, Hoa Phat Construction and Urban Development Company, An Thong Minerals Company and Hoa Phat Hung Yen Steel Company.
