Hoa Phat Group awarded the excellent emulation flag of Hung Yen Province

On October 13, 2020, the People's Committee of Hung Yen Province held a meeting between its provincial leaders and businesses, entrepreneurs to celebrate the Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Day. At the conference, Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company was the only enterprise to receive the Excellent Emulation Flag awarded by Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee.

The meeting was participated by leaders of the People’s Committee, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), leaders of the province’s departments, sectors and typical businesses and entrepreneurs in the province.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Mr. Nguyen Van Phong affirmed that, with the efforts of businesses, entrepreneurs and people, in the past 5 years, the province’s socio-economic growth has always achieved positive results. The Chairman also highly appreciated the contributions of businesses and entrepreneurs in the implementation of socio-economic development tasks in the province. He asked departments and agencies to create the more favorable conditions to support and remove difficulties for businesses.

In the first 9 months of the year, the province had more than 840 newly-established enterprises, bringing the total number of firms to 11,000. In recent years, the province has also issued many specific guidelines and solutions such as extending tax and land rent, creating favorable conditions for the business community, promoting production and business to complete the 2020 plan.

At the conference, VCCI and Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee awarded emulation flags and certificates of merit to outstanding enterprises to honor enterprises with excellent achievements in the emulation movement in which has Hoa Phat Group.

With effective production and business activities, Hoa Phat always contributed to the State budget. The amount of the contributions has been increased year-by-year. In addition to Quang Ngai and Hai Duong, Hung Yen is also the locality that Hoa Phat contributes the most to the budget with total of VND1.22 trillion in 2019, up 17.3 per cent compared to the previous year. Hoa Phat has always been in the top of the companies with highest contribution to the State budget of Hung Yen Province.
