On the morning of February 11, 2019, after a Tet holiday, all employees of Hoa Phat Group across the country began to return to work with an urgent atmosphere. On the first working day of the new year, at the office of 66 Nguyen Du, Hoa Phat held an early Spring meeting with the participation of Chairman of Hoa Phat Group - Tran Dinh Long, General Director Tran Tuan Duong, members of the Board of Directors, deputy directors of member companies and the heads of the Group Office.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman Tran Dinh Long shared, from the establishment of 1992 to present, in the past 27 years, Hoa Phat Group has consistently stepped forward, the next year is bigger than the previous year, constantly expanding research for sustainable development.

The fields of construction steel, steel pipes, and office furniture of Hoa Phat all hold the No. 1 market share in Vietnam and lead the production of Australian cows in Vietnam in an economy of 100 million people. moat. When Dung Quat project comes into operation stably, Hoa Phat will achieve a revenue of VND 100,000 billion / year. Chairman emphasized: “Hoa Phat with the message never stops, continues growing and developing. If comparing the budget remittance of Hoa Phat with a province, Hoa Phat ranks 35-35 out of 64 provinces and cities in the amount of the national budget. Especially, when Dung Quat is completed, Hoa Phat expects to contribute about 0.17% of GDP growth to Vietnam's economy ”.

Regarding the 2019 New Year's mission for member companies, Chairman Tran Dinh Long said that the Group is determined to put the first blast furnace of Dung Quat project into operation in the second quarter of 2019 and complete in the first quarter of 2020. Other fields of traditional industrial production, agriculture and real estate must also be promoted, continuously renovated and expanded.
