Hoa Phat Equipment and Accessories installs electrostatic painting line

Hoa Phat Equipment and Accessories company is the 1st one in the North who has installed and put into operation static electricity paint line in – Pho Noi A Industrial Park, Hung Yen Province. The company is the leading one in applying electrostatic painting spraying line to paint products, including scaffold, pillar support, concrete mixer and constructions hoist in order to improve the quality, product models and protect the environment.

This is the modern comprehensive line with Swiss main equipment used for producing construction products. Product drying chamber and paint drying chamber can be used for heavy products with the length up to 3.5m. It is provided the heat by infrared rays combustion head A 1602 with  automatic fire striking electric cabinet and annealing  paint time seting on demand. Paint spraying and paint drying system of pillar support and scaffold with 2m length. Paint spraying chamber has lighting system, timer, automatic polyester powder revoking. Automatic paint drying chamber is provided heat by industrial diesel oil of Italywith temperature reversal fan, indirect operation, oil container, lighting electric control, temperature gauge. The line has the paint spray gun Gema model 2006 Optiflex F with hand Opti Select spray gun, having a remote control frame on the gun hand, 40 mm standard barrel, a flat jet nozzle and round jet nozzle with different polyester powder rays. The conveyor chain system carries 140m – long products. The concrete chemical treatment  basin system is covered with composite. Hoa Phat’s employees working in this line are well-trained, transferred technology to operate and acquire the technology and equipment.   

In comparision  with water paint technology, electrostatic painting spraying line will give scaffold, construction hoist frame with distinguished advatage: higher quality, rust-proof, more durable, eye catching  product appearance with high gloss paint. During 20 days of running on trial, electrostatic painting sprayed products bring satisfactory result. In August, it is expected to continuously run within 1 month to provide more durable and beautiful products. This will be a competitive advantage of Hoa Phat’s products in comparision with other providers’s products on the market.
