Hoa Phat contributes VND8,478 Billion to the national budget across 20 provinces and cities in the first half of the year

In the first 6 months of 2026, Hoa Phat Group contributed VND8,478 billion to the national budget across 20 provinces and cities nationwide, up 19% compared to the same period in 2025. Hoa Phat Dung Quat Steel and Hoa Phat Hai Duong Steel are the two largest contributing member companies.

Hoa Phat Group contributes to the budget in 20 provinces and cities across the country. Hoa Phat’s highest budget contribution occurred in Quang Ngai province with VND4,519 billion, accounting for 53%. Additionally, Hoa Phat made major budget contributions in Hai Phong, Hung Yen, Quang Ninh, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Hanoi.

Hoa Phat Dung Quat Steel was the top contributor among the Group's subsidiaries in the first half of 2026. Its total contribution of various taxes and fees in the first 6 months - including import VAT, import-export duties, and domestic taxes - reached VND4,546 billion, up 11% compared to the same period in 2025.

Hoa Phat Hai Duong Steel ranked second among Hoa Phat companies with the highest 6-month budget contribution at VND1,935 billion, up 68% compared to the same period last year.

The Group’s other subsidiaries also registered high budget contributions, including: Hoa Phat Steel Pipe (VND663 billion), Hoa Phat Refrigeration (VND330 billion), Hoa Phat Hung Yen Steel (VND308 billion), and Hoa Phat Urban Development & Construction (VND302 billion).

From the time Hoa Phat listed on the stock market in 2007 until June 30, 2026, the Group has contributed a grand total of over VND109,000 billion to the National Budget. In 2025, Hoa Phat was in the top 4 private enterprises contributing the most taxes (according to the CafeF PRIVATE 100 ranking). In the list of the 1,000 largest corporate income tax contributors in 2025 (V.1000), Hoa Phat had 9 member units listed. This is a proud achievement for a heavy industry manufacturing enterprise.
