Hoa Phat Binh Duong Steel pipe: The output has passed 20% of capacity

With the official application of piece work since May 2012, production of Hoa Phat Binh Duong steel pipe factory has grown significantly over the previous year. After 6 months of piece work, the monthly average yield increased 20% compared to last year.

After more than two years of production, the bending line, hot dip galvanized has been stable, productivity improved. In addition, the need of Hoa Phat steel pipe in the central - highland and south is increasing. This is the basis for Hoa Phat Binh Duong steel pipe company applying piece work form to get highest yield, and cost savings for each production shift.

Currently the plant is operating in excess of the design capacity of 20%, raising the annual output to 50,000 tons, to meet the need of customers both at home and abroad. 2012 was also the year that Hoa Phat Binh Duong steel pipe has a lot of export orders from Asean countries, North America and some European countries. From the beginning of the year, specifically this factory has completed two export orders to Canada and is now planning to produce 1,000 tons of galvanized steel pipe for this market with high technical and art requirements.

Plant product meets the domestic and export standards TCVN 3783-83, BS 1387-1985, ASTM A53, JIS 3302. Productivity of Hoa Phat Binh Duong steel pipe factory increasingly improved and helped strengthen No.1 position of Hoa Phat steel pipe in Vietnam.
