Hoa Phat’s “Made in Vietnam” Containers Showcased at the World’s Largest Transport Exhibition

From October 21–23, 2025, in Barcelona, Spain, Hoa Phat Group participated in Intermodal Europe 2025, reaffirming its position as the largest container manufacturer in Southeast Asia. The Group’s products impressed international partners with their high-quality standards, manufacturing autonomy, and strong commitment to sustainable development.

This year’s exhibition gathered more than 130 leading companies across the global container and logistics supply chain. Under the theme “Agility, Reliability, and Responsibility”- the event focused on key challenges currently facing the container transport industry, including geopolitical fluctuations, digital transformation, and sustainability requirements.

With the message “Made in Vietnam – Made for the World,” Hoa Phat introduced not only internationally standardized container products but also showcased self-manufactured flooring panels and corner castings for the first time. This marks an important milestone in the Group’s efforts to localize materials, enhance supply chain autonomy, and reinforce its commitment to sustainable growth.

In its third appearance at the exhibition, Hoa Phat proudly presents internationally standardized “Made in Vietnam” containers to global customers

Located at booth L40, Hoa Phat Containers attracted significant attention from both international partners and visitors, becoming one of the exhibition’s key highlights. In addition to welcoming long-term partners such as CMA CGM, Hapag-Lloyd, Seacube, and Touax, Hoa Phat’s booth also drew strong interest from leading global shipping lines, leasing companies, and logistics firms including Textainer, Triton, Maersk, and HMM.

Many major shipping and leasing companies praised the quality of Hoa Phat’s containers and expressed intentions to place new and follow-up orders in the near future. Notably, several carriers currently seeking empty containers in Vietnam also indicated their interest in establishing long-term partnerships with Hoa Phat.

Hoa Phat’s booth remained one of the exhibition’s most visited booths, drawing strong interest from partners and guests. This year, visitors were especially impressed by Hoa Phat’s locally manufactured corner castings and flooring panels, which demonstrate the Group’s “say it – do it” commitment and proactive efforts to ensure a sustainable and self-reliant supply of materials.

Hoa Phat meets with major partners in the global transport and logistics industry

During the exhibition, after learning about Hoa Phat’s production capacity and management processes, several partners from the U.S. and Europe signed purchase agreements right at the event, opening up new cooperation opportunities for “Made in Vietnam” containers in the global market.

Hoa Phat currently operates a container manufacturing complex with a total capacity of 500,000 TEU per year, producing standard container types ranging from 20 to 40 feet. Phase 1, with a capacity of 200,000 TEU per year, has been completed and is now in full operation. With this capacity, Hòa Phát is not only the largest container manufacturer in Vietnam but also the leading producer in Southeast Asia.
