Respond to information from investors and media

In order to increase ownership in the steel manufacturing companies of the Group, a subsidiary of Hoa Phat Group has signed the share transfer contract with ACB Hanoi Investment JSC who holding this share at Hoa Phat Steel JSC. Transaction of million shares has been completed and the company has made payment fully, the total amount of VND 264 billion.

Recently, through the media, Hoa Phat knew that these shares had been pledged at ACB bank before it’s transferred to a subsidiary of Hoa Phat Group. Hoa Phat is waiting for the authorities to clarify and carry out work to protect the interests of the Company and our shareholders.
