Notification of the final registration date for closing the list of shareholders

Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange announced the final registration date for closing the list of shareholders as follow:

- Listed organization: Hoa Phat Group JSC

- Stock Code: HPG

- Stock Type: Common Stock

- Denomination: 10.000 VND

- Ex-rights date: 01^st December 2010 ( trade agreement from 100.000 stocks or more in 01^st and 02^nd December 2010 the seller won't be entitled)

- Final registration date: 03^rd December 2010

- Reason and purpose: Pay divident the first stage 2010 in cash

- Execution rate: 20% of par value (2.000 VNĐ per share)

- Execution time: 15^th December 2010

- Implementation place:

+ Shareholders deposited: Owners procedure to receive Dividend at the Securities company where opened deposite account.

+ Shareholders have not deposited: Owners procedure to receive Dividend at Shareholders Management Office - Brand of Hoa Phat Group JSC ( 34 Dai Co Viet Str. Hai Ba Trung Dis. Ha Noi) on the working day of the week ( Monday to Friday) from 15^th December 2010 and produce the ID card, the original certificate of ownership of shares.
