Mandarin Garden took the roof of zone A

This is the first zone of project that has been finished the body, in font of Hoang Minh Giam street. The block has a height of 25 floors, in which has 4 facilities floors such as gym, spa ... and the nurseries and kindergarten for the residents living here.

Mandarin Garden Project is built on an area of 2.6 ha, 36.4% building density, including 4 towers with 9 blocks from 21 to 29 floors, providing 999 high class apartments for Hanoi market.

It is expected that the entire project will be finished the body by 10/2012

Currently, Hoa Phat Group is speeding up the project’s construcion progress to ensure finishing the entire body in October 2012.

With the current progress, Hoa Phat’s confident that the project will hand over apartment to customers on time, quarter 4 2013.
