Mandarin Garden complex is being constructed up to the 8th floor

As at early of 12/2011, the 7th floor of the Mandarin Garden complex project is about to complete the body. Specifically, Block A (bordering Hoang Minh Giam street and Amsterdam high school) has been constructed up to the 8th floor. All project’s management, contractors and executors are striving to complete a floor within 12 days, following the progress and quality of each block.
