Hoa Phat Trading celebrats its 10th anniversary

On 09/06/2014 in Hanoi, Hoa Phat Trading Co., Ltd. has celebrated 10 years of establishment and development (09/09/2004 - 09/09/2014). Attending the celebration had the presence of the Group Management Board, board of directors and representatives of the subcidiaries’s departments and all staffs of  Hoa Phat Trading Company.

Ms. Pham Thi Bich Ngoc - Director of Hoa Phat Trading Company thrilled to review the achievements in the past 10 years. From small scale, now the Company has achieved sales trillion, a significant contribution to the overall success of the steel business segment of the Group. In addition to the traditional business activities of iron and steel products, the company also contributes connection between input and output to factories in steel production segment of the Group.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman Tran Dinh Long congratulated all staff of Hoa Phat Trading and emphasized, though the number of employees is not much and is the only member company of the Group that doesn’t involve to  product directly, the company's mission is very important - exporting the products of Hoa Phat to abroad, especially steel billet and finished steel.

From late 2013 to 6/2014, the company has exported 72,000 tons of steel billet to the Philippine market, and most recently has officially exported wire rod steel to some partners in Australia and Laos, opening new direction in the HPG’s steel consumption plan

Currently, Hoa Phat Trading Company has built a various system of customers, partners both domestic and abroad, familiar with many foreign customers from the countries of Japan, Russia, South Korea, Switzerland Switzerland, the UK, Hong Kong, USA, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Laos ... During 5 years 2008 -2013, Hoa Phat Trading has been ranked in the top 500 largest enterprises in Vietnam, Top 500 of fastest growing companies, Top 1000 of taxes contribution....

In 2013, the Company achieved revenues of over VND1.000 billion, exceeding its target of more than 100 billion. For 2014, the turning-point of 10 years of development, Hoa Phat Trading strives to achieve higher sales than the previous year. After 6 months of the year, the company had a turnover of VND700 billion.

In the atmosphere of entering new development period, all employees of Hoa Phat Trading determines to further promote the achievements in order to fulfill the mission that the group leaders assigned and further develop in the future.
