Hoa Phat Hung Yen Steel Co. Ltd is separated from Hoa Phat Group JSC in November 2010 aimed at restructuring the group activities. The Company has major business are: producing iron, steel, cast iron with capital up to 600 billion, in which HPG owns 100% capital.
 
The company currently operates two factories of Billet and Steel in Hung Yen. Billet mill in Pho Noi A industrial park was invested $13 million with modern producing lines, capacity up to 250,000 per year. Steel rolling factory in Nhu Quynh industrial zone was equipped most modern lines of the Danieli (Italy) with capacity 300,000 tons per year. Hoa Phat Steel products are steel-reinforced, hot-rolled steeldiameter Ф6mm, Ф8mm, Ф10mm, rolled barbed D8mm and steel rebars D8mm diameter D10mm - D55mm
