Hoa Phat steel consumption reached a record in October

In 10/2014, Hoa Phat steel sales reached a record 111,800 tons, up more than 60% compared to the same period in 2013 and 20% higher than September. Accumulated 10 months, Hoa Phat consumption approximately achieved 800,000 tons of construction steel, an increase of 42% compared to 10 months of 2013.

The total amount of Hoa Phat steel during last 10 months has passed 100,000 tons compared to the whole sales in 2013. The market share of Hoa Phat steel also increased from 15.2% (2013) to 18.6% as at 10 months 2014.

According to the Vietnam Steel Association, now is the peak construction season, much of major projects accelerate the schedule, the disbursement of funds for transport infrastructure projects are also accelerating. Thus, the members of the Association has grew in sales volume relatively high 13%.

Hoa Phat steel production gets impressive growth

Recently, a lot of big projects like Nghi Son oil refinery Complex (Thanh Hoa), Da Nang - Quang Ngai highway and bridges across the country have used large amount of Hoa Phat steel to boost its finishing progress.

With the positive sales situation, Hoa Phat steel output plan of 900,000 tons in 2014 is entirely feasible and is likely to exceed the set target.
