Hoa Phat makes detailed plan for Hoa Mac Industrial Park

On 30th August, 2007, Hoa Phat Urban Development and Construction Joint – Stock Company signed contract with Thang Long Construction Consultant Design Company to consult about making detailed plan for Hoa Mac Industrial Park in Duy Tien district, Ha Nam province.

Hoa Mac Industrial Park has been approved by Ha Nam People’s Committee to permit Hoa Phat Construction and Urban Development JSC to be investor and being submited to the Government to be named in the list of new Industrial Parks which are preferentially expected to be established up to the year 2015.

Hoa Phat Urban Development and Construction JSC previously signed contract with Song Chau Informatic Geodesy – Cartography Company to take extractive measurement of the cadastral map at 1:2000 scale and  status map at 1:2000 scale to serve for making detailed plan and land recovery files for the industrial park.

Hoa Mac Industrial Park projects to complete making detailed plan in Oct/2007 with the full functional sectors and technical infrastructure facilities serving enterprises in the industrial park.
