Hoa Phat in the top 100 of income taxes contributions

According to the rankings of 1000 income tax contribution enterprises of Vietnam in 2014 (V1000 ranking) has been officially announced by Vietnam Report Company, VietnamNet online Newspaper and Taxation magazine - General Taxation Department. Accordingly, Hoa Phat Group was at No. 61/1000 largest corporate taxpayer.

Many HPG subcidiaries companies presented in the V1000 ranking such as Hoa Phat Steel Pipe Company (ranked 279), Hoa Phat Furniture (330), Hoa Phat Steel Co., Ltd (336), Hoa Phat Steel JSC, Hoa Phat Energy Company (702), ...

The V1000 ranking 2014 is to honor businesses with good business results, compliance with laws and policies on taxes and contributed income tax largest within 4 consecutive years to the state budget from 2010 to the end of 2013.

According to the consolidated financial statement in 2013, Hoa Phat has filed a total of almost VND384 billion of corporate income tax, up 148% compared to 2012. The figure is expected to be much larger in 2014, because only in 9 first months of 2014, Hoa Phat has been paid 440 billion to the corporate income tax, 14% higher than contribution of the whole 2013.

V1000 ranking also showed that the total corporate income tax of businesses in V1000 ranking was 80,460 billion, accounting for 10.2% of the total state budget.
